Fire and Rescue Service – emergency preparedness drill
Central Bohemian Region Fire and Rescue Service – The Příbram Regional Branch announces an emergency preparedness exercise to be held on Friday 22 May 2026 at the Háje Underground Gas Storage Facility, Jesenice 21, between 10.00 and 14.00.
It
will focus on the technical aspects of the fire service units’ response, with the aim of verifying the uninterrupted supply of water via shuttle transport using tanker fire engines.
Important notice:
- During the exercise, a section of road No. III/11812 in the direction of Příbram will be completely closed, specifically from the site of the Háje Underground Gas Storage Facility to the roundabout.
- From the roundabout towards Buk, the road will be passable with caution.
- Traffic will continue as normal on road II/604 towards Háje/Milín.
- There will be increased traffic of tanker fire engines between the underground gas storage facility and Příbram.
