REPORT ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE VOLENICE LOCAL PLAN FOR THE PERIOD 2019–2025, INCLUDING THE DRAFT TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR AMENDMENT NO. 3

The Příbram Municipal Authority, Building Control and Spatial Planning Department, Spatial Planning Section, as the spatial planning authority
(hereinafter referred to as the “preparing authority”), competent pursuant to Section 46(1) of Act No. 283/2021 Coll.,
the Building Act, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “Building Act”), has drawn up, in accordance with Section 106
(1) and Section 107 of the Building Act, a Draft Report on the Implementation of the Volenice Spatial Plan for the period
2019 – 2025, containing the Draft Terms of Reference for Amendment No. 3 to the Volenice Local Plan (hereinafter referred to as the “Draft Report”).

With effect from 18 March 2026, the Draft Report is published on this website – below.

In accordance with Section 25(2) of Act No. 500/2004 Coll., the Administrative Procedure Code, as amended
(hereinafter referred to as the ‘Administrative Procedure Code’), this notice is deemed to have been served on the fifteenth day following its publication. Within 30
days of the date of delivery, any person may lodge a complaint in accordance with Section 89(5)(b) in conjunction with Section 107(3
) of the Building Act. Complaints lodged after the aforementioned deadline shall not be considered.
