Description of activities

Performance of the duties of the spatial planning authority pursuant to Section 25 of Act No. 283/2021 Coll.:

A) In relation to the administrative territory of the town of Příbram:

• it prepares spatial planning documentation (ÚPD), spatial planning supporting documents (ÚPP) and amendments thereto
• issues spatial measures concerning building moratoriums and the redevelopment of areas

B) For the entire administrative district of the municipality with extended powers of Příbram:

• it prepares spatial analysis supporting documents and their updates
• prepares and issues the demarcation of built-up areas
• enters data into the national spatial planning geoportal

C) At the request of a municipality within the administrative district of the Příbram municipality with extended powers:

• it prepares spatial plans, regulatory plans, spatial studies and spatial measures

• Zoning Plans
• Spatial studies
• Municipalities within the Příbram Municipality with Extended Powers
• Land-use analysis documentation
