Solenice Local Plan – Notice
The Department of Urban Planning and Development at the Příbram Municipal Authority has drawn up the Solenice Local Plan (ÚPN).
The ÚPN was adopted by the Solenice Municipal Council on 24 August 2009 and came into force on 9 September 2009.
The ÚPN was drawn up by Ing. arch. Jaroslav Daněk, ČKA 00 279.
The ÚPN is available for inspection at
- Solenice Municipal Office, No. 37, 262 33 Solenice,
- the Příbram District Office, KRM Department, Tyršova 108, 261 01 Příbram I,
- the Milín Building Authority, 27 11. května Street, 262 31 Milín,
- the Regional Authority of the Central Bohemian Region, Regional Development Department, Spatial and Building Control Division, Zborovská 11, 150 21 Prague 5.
Documents relating to the adoption of the Local Development Plan are available for inspection at the Příbram Municipal Office, KRM Department, Tyršova 108, 261 01 Příbram I.
This notice is published in accordance with Section 165(2) of Act No. 183/2006 Coll., on spatial planning and building regulations, as amended.
Amendment No. 1 to the Solenice Local Plan
The Příbram Municipal Authority, Building Control and Spatial Planning Department, Spatial Planning Section, as the competent spatial planning authority, has drawn up Amendment No. 1 to the Solenice Spatial Plan (the amendment).
This amendment came into force on 16 December 2016.
The planner of the spatial plan is Ing. arch. Jiřina Ečerová, ČKA 02 941.
The amendment is available for inspection at the following locations

Příbram Municipal Authority, Building Control and Spatial Planning Department, Spatial Planning Section -
Milín Local Authority, Building Authority –
