Municipal Building Authority

In accordance with the new Building Act No. 283/2021 Coll. and related regulations (hereinafter also referred to as the “new Building Act”), our department has been operating since 1 July 2024 as 

Municipal Building Authority The
Municipal Building Authority is authorised to exercise state administration in accordance with Act No. 283/2021 Coll. 

The Municipal Building Authority
: a) exercises the powers of a building authority in matters relating to development proposals for which the Transport and Energy Building Authority, the Regional Building Authority or any other building authority does not exercise such powers;
b) carries out inspections relating to building regulations.

The powers of the building authority in matters relating to proposed Class II and III roads, local roads, publicly accessible service roads, technical infrastructure forming part of the distribution network in the electricity or gas sectors, and waterworks in respect of which the regional building authority does not exercise the powers of a building authority, including structures forming a complex of structures with them, shall be exercised by the municipal building authority of a municipality with extended powers.

Pursuant to Decree No. 130/2024 Coll., with effect from 1 July 2024, it carries out its activities within the following administrative district:
Příbram (Příbram I–IX, Brod, Bytíz, Jerusalém, Jesenice, Kozičín, Lazec, Orlov, Zavržice, Žežice, the Baník garden colony, the Hatě I–III garden colony), Bohutín, Bohutín-Havírna, Bohutín-Tisová, Bohutín-Vysoká Pec, Dlouhá Lhota, Dubno, Drásov, Dubenec, Háje, Kotenčice, Láz, Lhota u Příbramě, Modřovice, Narysov, Občov, Obecnice, Obory, Oseč, Podlesí, Suchodol, Suchodol-Líha, Trhové Dušníky, Třebsko, Višňová, Vysoká u Příbramě

as well as Bohostice, Bukovany, Cetyně, Chraštice, Kozárovice, Lazsko, Lešetice, Milín, Ostrov, Pečice, Radětice, Smolotely, Solenice, Těchařovice, Vrančice, Zalužany and Zbenice.

City Architect – provides consultancy services for residents, developers and building designers within the administrative area of the city of Příbram.

Information

• The Central Registry Office of the Příbram Municipal Authority enables you to obtain information or search for building documentation, provided it is not held by the Building Authority.
• The Regional Authority offers the e-UtilityReport service on its website, which enables the general public to obtain a statement regarding the existence of technical infrastructure networks (utility networks).

Any application or submission must comply with the content requirements
set out in Section 37 of Act No. 500/2004 Coll. (Administrative Procedure Code).

Division of the territory by staff

Please note that, particularly within the town of Příbram, its administrative districts do not always correspond to the boundaries of cadastral areas; for example, the cadastral area of Březové Hory extends into the districts of Příbram IV, V, VI, VII and VIII.
