Start of the tourist season and a guided walk
This coming weekend – Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 April – will see a number of interesting events taking place in Příbram, including the opening of the 2026 tourist season.
On Saturday 11 April, the 2026 tourist season will be officially launched in our town.
In collaboration with Svatá Hora and the Příbram Mining Museum, visitors will be able to visit these tourist attractions at reduced admission prices on this day.
In addition to these tourist attractions, the public is invited on this day to the eleventh annual Route 66 event, which will take place on T. G. Masaryk Square and in Pražská Street.
On Sunday 12 April, the fourth guided walking tour of the town is scheduled, which this time will take us to the places our ancestors used to visit. Participants will meet at 2 pm by the gazebo in Střelovna Park (above Jiráskovy Sady), from where they will set off with a guide on a walk of approximately five kilometres. Please note that the guided walks, organised to mark the town’s 810th anniversary, are free of charge.
