Applications for exemptions from the regulations may be submitted by 20 February

Generally binding by-laws lay down the rules for the municipalities concerned.

In Příbram, event organisers may apply each year for an exemption from the night-time quiet hours and the ban on the consumption of alcohol in public. Applications will be accepted until 20 February. 

Any organiser of outdoor events that extend beyond the night-time quiet hours – that is, ending later than 10.00 pm – must be granted an exemption, which is granted by the town council upon application. 

Applications for an exemption may be submitted in writing by 20 February 2026 to the Příbram Town Hall (Tyršova 108, Příbram I), or by email to: radka.skubalova@pribram.eu.  

The above deadline also applies to applications for exemptions from the by-law prohibiting the consumption of alcohol in public places. Applications – which will again be approved by the town council – may be submitted to the council’s address or electronically to: jaroslava.vodickova@pribram.eu.  

Proposals for exemptions from the night-time quiet hours and the ban on the consumption of alcohol in public places must include the name of the event, the organiser (including contact details), and the time and venue. All proposals submitted will be assessed and, where appropriate, included in a draft by-law, which will be submitted for approval at the City Council’s March meeting.
