Easter at the theatre this Sunday

The A. Dvořák Theatre in Příbram is an organisation which, in addition to its regular theatre performances, organises a range of events for both children and adults. In March, we’d like to invite you to a Sunday dedicated to the Easter celebrations.

This year’s Easter won’t be upon us until early April, but Easter motifs are already starting to appear. One of the biggest Easter events in our town is undoubtedly ‘Easter at the Theatre’.

“With this event, our theatre has expanded its programme. ‘Easter at the Theatre’ took place for the first time after the pandemic, following a period of cultural drought. I’m delighted that the event has caught on and become a regular feature of our public programme,” says Mayor Jan Konvalinka. 

‘Easter at the Theatre’ takes place on Sunday 22 March from 10 am to 5 pm. As in previous years, there will be demonstrations of Easter traditions, creative workshops, fairy tales shown at the cinema and in the theatre, Easter whips for children, and, of course, a photo corner.
