News from the Town Hall – 14 August 2026

The latest instalment of ‘Minutky z radnice’ has been filmed and brings the latest news from the town.

• A new tarmac surface has been laid on Třemošenská Street.
• The courtyard on Riegrova Street is undergoing a transformation.
• The wall by the Na Cihelně playground is serving as another legal graffiti surface.
• The first weekend in September will be dedicated to Pískfest.
• Exploratory drilling and remediation work are being prepared for J. A. Alis Square.
• The pavements on Čechovská Street have already been partially repaired – Phase I has been completed. 
• The swimming pool will be closed from 17 August to 2 September for routine maintenance.
