News from the Town Hall – 13 March 2026

This year’s fifth instalment of ‘Minutky z radnice’ has been filmed – take a look at what’s new in the town.

• The town is preparing an Action Plan for the development of social and health services across the entire Příbram municipal area. You can use the questionnaire to share your needs and views.
• The terrace of the Příbram Cultural Centre is undergoing major renovation. 
• With spring comes the return of the farmers’ and flea markets. The first one this year will be on 21 March 2026, and the flea market will be on 18 April. 
• The Social and Debt Advice Centre helps people deal with difficult life situations.
• The road in Svatohorská Alley is to be resurfaced with granite.
• On Thursday 19 March, the ‘Příbram Region Sports Personality of the Year 2025’ will be announced.
• As part of the ‘Meet the Buyer’ event, the town has published an overview of upcoming events.
• Events: 14 March – St Patrick’s Day (Junior Club), 22 March – Easter at the Theatre (A. Dvořák Theatre), 22 March: Guided walk – ‘How the New Town Was Built’ (meeting point in front of the A. Dvořák Theatre), 27 March: ‘Ladies & Gentlemen – Re-stock’ (Junior Club), 28–29 March and 2–5 April: Easter at the Miner’s Cottage (Příbram Mining Museum), 28 March: Walk for the Brain (organised by the Jan Drda Library, meeting point at the car park below Svatá Hora), registration for the ‘10,000 Steps’ event is now open.
