‘Meet the Buyer’ and the Investment Event of 2026

Since 2020, the town of Příbram has been organising regular ‘Meet the Buyer’ events, at which it presents its investment programme to potential suppliers.

These meetings have taken various forms – face-to-face meetings with suppliers, online project presentations, or a combination of face-to-face meetings and online streaming. This year, the approach chosen was to film a video presenting the projects. This video has been published on the contracting authority’s profile – that is, the town of Příbram – at https://1url.cz/YeJHS, as well as on the town’s YouTube channel. 

“In 2026, the town is again planning to carry out dozens of investment projects, and these plans are once more being presented as part of ‘Meet the Buyer’. The presentation of the projects is of particular interest to potential contractors because it allows them to find out in advance what investments the town is planning, including the timetable. I believe that even though there was no face-to-face meeting with contractors this year, the published recording will be of benefit to them,” said Mayor Jan Konvalinka following the publication of the presentation.
