Basic information:
A decision on a change in the impact of a building’s use on the local area sets out the conditions for changing the use of a building which has an impact on the environment or on demands placed on public transport and technical infrastructure. Decisions on changes to the impact of a building’s use on the area are required for changes in the use of a building for which an opinion on the environmental impact assessment of the project11) has been issued, or which place new demands on public transport and technical infrastructure.
