Issuing a decision on the division or consolidation of land parcels

Where to deal with this matter:

Basic information:
A decision on the subdivision or consolidation of plots of land may only be issued upon application by all the owners of the plots concerned, which are the subject of the decision, or by an authorised person for the purpose of exercising a right of pre-emption for public benefit developments.
If there is no need to lay down conditions for the division or consolidation of plots of land, the building authority shall confirm this fact by means of a notice, in which it shall simultaneously approve the proposed project. Such a notice cannot be issued if decision-making in the area is subject to a land-use study or a regulatory plan.
