Raffle announcement

On 1 January 2017, the new Act No. 186/2016 Coll., on gambling, as amended, came into force.

Under the Act on Gambling, a raffle must be notified to the local authority of the municipality in whose territory the gambling activity is to be operated, at least 30 days before the expected start date of the raffle, where the stake per ticket exceeds 200.CZK 200,000.00.
