Notification of a building project, accompanied by a certificate from an authorised inspector

Basic information

The developer is entitled to carry out construction work that would otherwise require a planning permission on the basis of a notification of the construction project to the planning authority by an authorised inspector; however, the developer shall only be entitled to carry out the notified building project once the deadline for interested parties to lodge objections has expired without any objections being raised, or on the day following the date on which the developer was notified of a decision stating that the notification has no legal effect or that the objections have been rejected.
