Provides consultancy services for residents, developers and building designers within the city limits
(the cadastral areas of Brod, Bytíz, Březové Hory, Kozičín, Lazec, Orlov, Příbram, Zavržice, Zdaboř, Žežice and the city districts of Jerusalem and Jesenice)
as part of project preparation and the architectural design of new buildings and facilities, as well as structural alterations to existing buildings (additional storeys, extensions), with a focus on the architectural quality of the proposed solution and the urban context in relation to the building’s location.
