The issue of this determination does not affect the obligation to obtain further permits, e.g. for special use of a road or road closure.

Basic information:
Submission of a written application specifying the applicant’s requirements:

Via a data box.
In person at the reception desk of the Příbram Municipal Authority, Tyršova 108, 261 01 Příbram, or to the office of the Road Management Department, Gen. R. Tesaříka 19, door no. 211 (2nd floor).
In writing to the following address: Příbram Town Hall, Road Management Department, Tyršova 108, 261 01 Příbram. A written application addressed to the Road Management Department is registered and, following a check to ensure it is complete and after it has been considered, a decision is issued, which is either sent to the applicant by post or may be collected in person by prior arrangement.

Processing time:
The processing time is 30 days; in particularly complex cases, 60 days.

Who is entitled to submit an application or notification:
The applicant must be a legal entity or its authorised representative, or a natural person with legal capacity and entitled to rights and obligations.

Other parties to the proceedings:
Central Bohemia Regional Police Headquarters, Příbram District Office, Traffic Inspectorate, road owner.
