Issuance of a decision on a protection zone

Basic information:
A decision on a protection zone protects a building, facility or plot of land from the adverse effects of the surrounding area, or protects the area surrounding the building, facility or plot of land from their adverse effects. A decision on a protection zone is usually issued at the same time as a decision under Sections 79 to 81 of the Building Act; it may also be issued separately.
