Permit to connect a road or an adjacent property to a road; permit to alter an existing connection or to remove it

A completed application form with the consent of the Transport Inspectorate of the Czech Police Regional Directorate. To construct, modify or remove a junction, you must either obtain a planning permission from the local planning authority or, in the case of minor works, notify the authority of such works.

Basic information:
This procedure concerns the connection of roads to one another or the connection of neighbouring properties to them by means of the construction of exits or entrances. A written application addressed to the Road Management Department is registered; following a check for completeness and a review, a decision is issued, which is either sent to the applicant by post or may be collected in person by prior arrangement.

Submission of a written application specifying the applicant’s request.
In person at the reception desk of the Příbram Town Hall, Tyršova 108, 261 01 Příbram, or at the office of the Road Management Department of the Příbram Town Hall, Gen. R. Tesaříka 19, 2nd floor

Processing time:
The processing time is 30 days; in particularly complex cases, 60 days.

Who is authorised to submit an application, notification, etc.:
The applicant must be a legal entity or its authorised representative, or a natural person with legal capacity and the capacity to exercise rights and fulfil obligations

The Traffic Inspectorate of the Czech Police, Příbram Regional Directorate; the road owner

Administrative (or other) fee:
The administrative fee for a connection permit is CZK
500. No administrative fee is charged for a permit to modify or cancel an existing connection.
The administrative fee must be paid before the decision is issued, either in cash at the cash desk of the Příbram Municipal Authority or, by agreement, by bank transfer or postal order.

Remedies:
An appeal may be lodged with the Regional Authority of the Central Bohemian Region via the Road Management Department of the Příbram Municipal Authority; the appeal must be lodged within 15 days of the date of receipt of the decision
