Basic information:

A binding opinion is issued in respect of site alterations and the demolition of a structure subject to notification or a planning permission under the Building Act.

A statement is issued regarding alterations to a completed structure subject to notification or a planning permission under the Building Act, and regarding the establishment of a facility intended for waste management.

Project documentation.

Processing time:

In straightforward cases, immediately; in other cases, within 30 days; and in particularly complex cases, within 60 days of the commencement of proceedings.
