AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE ZDUCHOVICE LAND-USE PLAN

The Příbram Municipal Authority, Building Control and Spatial Planning Department, Spatial Planning Division, as the competent spatial planning authority, has, at the request of the municipality of Zduchovice pursuant to Section 6(1)(c) of Act No. 183/2006 Coll., on Spatial Planning and Building Regulations (the Building Act), as amended, Amendment No. 1 to the Zduchovice Spatial Plan (amendment).

In accordance with Section 165(3) of the Building Act, we hereby publish the following:

1/ The Zduchovice Municipal Council, by Resolution No. 2023/02 of 20 February 2023, adopted Amendment No. 1 to the Zduchovice Local Plan, designed by Ing. arch. Martin Jirovský, Ph.D., MBA, ČKA 03 311.
2/ The amendment comes into effect on 14 March 2023.
3/ Both the amendment and the full text of the Land-Use Plan following the amendment are available for inspection at the following locations:
- Zduchovice
