Amendment No. 1 to the Třebsko Land-Use Plan 

Příbram Municipal Authority, Building Control and Spatial Planning Department, Spatial Planning Section, as the spatial planning authority (hereinafter referred to as the “authority”), being competent pursuant to Section 46(1) of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Building Act, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “Building Act”), hereby gives notice, in accordance with Section 93(5) and Section 94(1) in conjunction with Section 111(5) of the Building Act, the holding of a combined joint meeting and public consultation
on the draft Amendment No. 1 to the Třebsko Local Plan, which will take place on 28 May 2026 (Thursday) from 10.00 at the office of the Spatial Planning Department of the Příbram Municipal Authority, Na Příkopech 105, 261 01 Příbram (Švejk Restaurant building, 2nd floor).

In accordance with Section 93(5)(c) in conjunction with Sections 111(5) and (6) and Section 334b(6) of the Building Act, the draft amendment is published here on the website – below.

In accordance with Section 97(1) in conjunction with Section 111(5) of the Building Act, any person may submit comments on the proposed amendment within 15 days of the date of the combined meeting and public hearing. In addition to the general requirements for submissions under the Administrative Procedure Code, comments must include a statement of reasons and a definition of the area affected by the comment. Comments submitted after the specified deadline, or comments relating to matters on which a decision has already been taken in higher-level spatial planning documentation, shall not be taken into account. Pursuant to Section 97(4) of the Building Act, objections under Part Six of Act No. 500/2004 Coll., the Administrative Procedure Code, as amended, may not be lodged against a draft spatial planning document.

Comments must be submitted in writing to the address of the drafter, i.e. Příbram Municipal Authority, Building Authority and Spatial Planning Department, Spatial Planning Section, Tyršova 108, 261 19 Příbram I.
