Amendment No. 1 to the Svojšice Municipal Development Plan – notification of details regarding the adopted amendment

The Department of Urban Planning and Development, Příbram Municipal Authority, as the authority responsible for Amendment No. 1 to the Svojšice Municipal Spatial Plan, hereby notifies you, in accordance with the provisions of Section 165(2) of Act No. 183/2006 Coll., on Spatial Planning and the Building Code (the Building Act), as amended, hereby announces the following details regarding the adoption of Amendment No. 1 to the Svojšice Land-Use Plan and the locations where the documentation for Amendment No. 1 and its supporting materials may be inspected:

Adoption of Amendment No. 1: adopted by the Svojšice Municipal Council on 12 November 2009, Resolution No. 7/2009
Effective date of Amendment No. 1: 4 December 2009
The documentation for Amendment No. 1 is available for inspection at:
