SEDLICE LOCAL PLAN

The Department of Urban Planning and Development at Příbram Municipal Authority has drawn up the Sedlice Local Plan (ÚP).

The ZP came into force on 19 February 2015.

The planner of the ZP is Ing. arch. Milan Salaba, ČKA 01 467. The ZP is available for inspection at

- Sedlice Local Authority –
Příbram Municipal Authority, Department of Urban Planning and Development,
- Department of Construction and the Environment, Rožmitál pod Třemšínem Municipal Authority,
- Regional Authority of the Central Bohemian Region, Department of Regional Development, Spatial Planning Division.

Documents relating to the preparation of the Land-Use Plan are available for inspection at the Příbram Municipal Authority, Department of Urban Planning and Development.

This notice is issued in accordance with Section 165(3) of Act No. 183/2006 Coll., on spatial planning and building regulations, as amended.

AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE SEDLICE LAND-USE PLAN

The Příbram Municipal Authority, Building Control and Spatial Planning Department, Spatial Planning Section, as the competent spatial planning authority, has drawn up Amendment No. 1 to the Sedlice Spatial Plan at the request of the municipality of Sedlice pursuant to Section 6(1)(c) of Act No. 183/2006 Coll., on Spatial Planning and the Building Code (the Building Act), as amended, Amendment No. 1 to the Sedlice Spatial Plan (the Amendment).

In accordance with Section 165(3) of the Building Act, we hereby give notice of the following:

The Sedlice Municipal Council, by Resolution No. 33/9/2018 of 12 September 2018, adopted Amendment No. 1 to the Sedlice Local Plan. The designer is Ing. arch. Milan Salaba, ČKA 01 467. The amendment comes into effect on 28 September 2018. Documents relating to the adoption of the amendment are available for inspection at the Příbram Municipal Office, Building Control and Spatial Planning Department, Spatial Planning Section.
