NOTICE OF THE ADOPTION OF THE RADĚTICE LOCAL PLAN

The Příbram Municipal Authority, Building Control and Spatial Planning Department, Spatial Planning Division, as the competent spatial planning authority, has drawn up the Radětice Zoning Plan (ZP) at the request of the municipality of Radětice pursuant to Section 6(1)(c) of Act No. 183/2006 Coll., on Zoning Planning and the Building Code (the Building Act), as amended.

In accordance with Section 173(1) of Act No. 500/2004 Coll., the Administrative Procedure Code, as amended, and Section 165(3) of the Building Act, we hereby announce the following:
- The Radětice Municipal Council, by Resolution No. 67/2019/ZO of 18 December 2019, adopted the Radětice Spatial Plan, designed by Ing. arch. Ivan Plicka, ČKA 00256.
- The Land-Use Plan comes into effect on 6 February 2020.
- The Land-Use Plan is available for inspection at the following locations: 1/ Radětice Municipal Office, 2/ Milín Building Authority, 3/ Central Bohemia Regional Authority, Department of Spatial Planning and Building Regulations, 4/ www.pribram.eu (below)
– Documents relating to the preparation of the Land-Use Plan are available for inspection at the Příbram Municipal Office, Building Control and Spatial Planning Department, Spatial Planning Section.
