PEČICE LOCAL PLAN

The Příbram Municipal Authority, Building and Town Planning Department, Town Planning Division, as the competent town planning authority, has drawn up the Pečice Town Plan (ÚP).

This ZP came into force on 9 May 2018.

The planner of the ZP is Ing. arch. Ivan Plicka, ČKA 00 256.

The Spatial Plan is available for inspection at the following locations:

This notice is published in accordance with Section 165(3) of Act No. 183/2006 Coll., on Spatial Planning and Building Regulations, as amended.

Amendment No. 1 to the Pečice Spatial Plan

The Příbram Municipal Authority, Building Authority and Spatial Planning Department, Spatial Planning Section, as the competent spatial planning authority, at the request of the municipality of Pečice pursuant to Section 6(1)(c) of Act No. 183/2006 Coll., on Spatial Planning and Building Regulations (the Building Act), as amended, Amendment No. 1 to the Pečice Spatial Plan (amendment).

In accordance with Section 165(3) of the Building Act, we hereby publish the following:

- On 4 December 2019, the Pečice Municipal Council adopted Amendment No. 1 to the Pečice Spatial Plan, designed by Ing. arch. Ivan Plicka, ČKA 00 256.
- The amendment comes into effect on 20 December 2019.
- The amendment (including the full text of the Pečice Local Plan) is available for inspection at the following locations: 1/ Pečice Municipal Office, 2/ Příbram Municipal Authority, Building Authority and Spatial Planning Department, Spatial Planning Section, 3/ Milín Municipal Office, Building Authority, 4/ Central Bohemia Regional Authority, Department of Spatial Planning and Building Regulations, 5/ www.pribram.eu (below)
