Nestrašovice Local Plan – Notice

The Department of Urban Planning and Development at Příbram Municipal Authority, as the competent spatial planning authority, has drawn up the Nestrašovice Local Plan at the request of the municipality of Nestrašovice, in accordance with Section 6(1)(c) of Act No. 183/2006 Coll., on Spatial Planning and Building Regulations (the Building Act), as amended.

The Spatial Plan was issued on 4 March 2009 and came into force on 19 March 2009.

The planner of the spatial plan is Ing. arch. Jiřina Ečerová, ČKA 02 941

The spatial plan is available for inspection at: the Příbram Municipal Authority, KRM Department, Tyršova 108, 261 01 Příbram I; and at the Březnice Municipal Authority, Building Control Department, Nám. 11, 262 72 Březnice – at the Regional Authority of the Central Bohemian Region, Regional Development Department – Spatial Planning Section, Zborovská 11, 150 21 Prague 5 – at the Nestrašovice Municipal Office, house no. 37, 262 72 Březnice

Documents relating to the adoption of the local plan are available for inspection at the Příbram Municipal Authority, KRM Department, Tyršova 108, 261 01 Příbram I.

This information is published in accordance with Section 165(2) of the Building Act.

Amendment No. 1 to the Nestrašovice Local Plan

The Příbram Municipal Authority, Building Control and Spatial Planning Department, Spatial Planning Division, as the competent spatial planning authority, has drawn up Amendment No. 1 to the Nestrašovice Local Plan (the ‘Amendment’).

This amendment comes into effect on 24 May 2018.

The planner of the Land-Use Plan is Ing. arch. Jiřina Ečerová, ČKA 02 941.

The amendment is available for inspection at the following locations
