Amendment No. 1 to the Modřovice Local Plan – Notice of Adoption

The Department of Urban Planning and Development at Příbram Municipal Authority, as the competent spatial planning authority, has, at the request of the municipality of Modřovice pursuant to Section 6(1)(c) of Act No. 183/2006 Coll., on Spatial Planning and Building Regulations (the Building Act), as amended, Amendment No. 1 to the Modřovice Municipal Spatial Plan.

The amendment was issued on 16 July 2009 and came into force on 1 August 2009.

The designer of the amendment is Ing. arch. Ivan Plicka, ČKA 00 256.

The amendment is available for inspection

• at the Příbram Municipal Office, KRM Department, Tyršova 108, 261 01 Příbram I,
• at the Příbram Municipal Authority, Building Control Department, Tyršova 108, 261 01 Příbram,
• at the Regional Authority of the Central Bohemian Region, Department of Spatial and Building Planning, Zborovská 11, 150 21 Prague 5,
• at the Modřovice Local Authority, No. 10, 262 42 Rožmitál pod Třemšínem.

Documents relating to the amendment are available for inspection at the Příbram Municipal Authority, KRM Department, Tyršova 108, 261 01 Příbram I.

This notice is published in accordance with Section 165(2) of the Building Act.

Modřovice Local Plan 

The Příbram Municipal Authority, Building Control and Spatial Planning Department, Spatial Planning Section, as the competent spatial planning authority, has drawn up the Modřovice Spatial Plan (ÚP).

This ZP came into force on 10 May 2017.

The planner of the ZP is Ing. arch. Ivan Plicka, ČKA 00 256.

The Spatial Plan is available for inspection at the following locations:
1/ Modřovice
Local Authority 2/ Příbram Municipal Authority, Building Authority and Spatial Planning
Department 3/ Central Bohemia Regional Authority, Spatial Planning and Building Regulations Department
