Lhota u Příbramě Local Plan – Notice of Adoption

The Příbram Municipal Authority, Building Control and Spatial Planning Department, Spatial Planning Section, as the competent spatial planning authority, has drawn up, at the request of the municipality of Lhota u Příbramě, pursuant to Section 6(1)(c) of Act No. 183/2006 Coll., on Spatial Planning and the Building Code (the Building Act), as amended, the Lhota u Příbramě Spatial Plan (SP).

The Lhota u Příbramě Spatial Plan was drawn up through an amendment process in accordance with Section 188(1) of the Building Act.

In accordance with Section 173(1) of Act No. 500/2004 Coll., the Administrative Procedure Code, as amended, and Section 165(3) of the Building Act, we hereby give notice of the following:

- The Lhota u Příbramě Municipal Council, by Resolution No. 5/1/2020 of 12 February 2020, adopted the Lhota u Příbramě Land-Use Plan, designed by Ing. arch. Ivan Plicka, ČKA 00 256. – The
Land-Use Plan comes into force on 28 February 2020. – The
Land-Use Plan is available for inspection at the following locations: 1/ Lhota u Příbramě Municipal Office, 2/ Příbram Town Hall, Building Authority and Spatial Planning, Spatial Planning Section, 3/ Regional Authority of the Central Bohemian Region, Department of Spatial Planning and Building Regulations, 4/ www.pribram.eu (below)
– Documents relating to the preparation of the Spatial Plan are available for inspection at the Příbram Municipal Office, Building Authority and Spatial Planning Department, Spatial Planning Section.
