BOHUTÍN LOCAL PLAN

Příbram Municipal Authority, Building Authority and Spatial Planning, Spatial Planning Department, as the competent spatial planning authority, has drawn up the Bohutín Spatial Plan (ÚP) at the request of the municipality of Bohutín pursuant to Section 6(1)(c) of Act No. 183/2006 Coll., on Spatial Planning and Building Regulations (the Building Act), as amended, the Bohutín Local Plan (ÚP).

In accordance with Section 165(3) of the Building Act, we hereby publish the following:

1/ By Resolution No. 6/2019 of 25 September 2019, the Bohutín Municipal Council adopted the Bohutín Spatial Plan, designed by Ing. arch. Miroslav Vorlíček, ČKA 1380.

2/ The Land-Use Plan comes into force on 11 October 2019.

3/ The Land-Use Plan is available for inspection at the following locations

Příbram Municipal Authority, Building Control and Spatial
Planning Department- Central Bohemia Regional Authority, Department of Spatial Planning and Building Regulations-

4/ Documents relating to the preparation of the Spatial Plan are available for inspection at the Příbram Municipal Authority, Building Control and Spatial Planning Department, Spatial Planning Section.
