Sádek Local Plan – details of the adopted local plan

The Department of Urban Planning and Development at Příbram Town Hall, as the competent spatial planning authority, has drawn up the Sádek Local Plan at the request of the municipality of Sádek pursuant to Section 6(1)(c) of Act No. 183/2006 Coll., on Spatial Planning and Building Regulations (the Building Act), as amended.

The date of issue of the spatial plan is 8 October 2008; it came into force on 24 October 2008.

This information regarding the adopted spatial plan is published in accordance with Section 165(2) of the Building Act.
