Ohrazenice Local Plan – Publication of Information

The Department of Urban Planning and Development at Příbram Town Hall, as the competent spatial planning authority, has drawn up the Ohrazenice Local Plan at the request of the municipality of Ohrazenice pursuant to Section 6(1)(c) of Act No. 183/2006 Coll., on Spatial Planning and Building Regulations (the Building Act), as amended.

The spatial plan was issued on 8 July 2008 and came into force on 30 July 2008.

The spatial plan is available for inspection: – at the Příbram Municipal Authority, KRM Department, Tyršova 108, 261 01 Příbram I; – at the Jince Town Authority, Building Control Office, Čs. dělostřelců 172, 262 23 Jince – at the Regional Authority of the Central Bohemian Region, Department of Spatial and Building Control, Zborovská 11, 150 21 Prague 5 – at the Municipality of Ohrazenice, 262 46 Ohrazenice

The supporting documentation relating to the preparation of the local plan is available for inspection at the Příbram Municipal Authority, KRM Department, Tyršova 108, 261 01 Příbram I.

This publication of information is made in accordance with Section 165(2) of the Building Act.

Amendment No. 1 to the Ohrazenice Local Plan – not yet finalised

Amendment No. 2 to the Ohrazenice Local Plan

The Příbram Municipal Authority, Building Control and Spatial Planning Department, Spatial Planning Section, as the competent spatial planning authority, at the request of the municipality of Ohrazenice, pursuant to Section 6(1)(c) of Act No. 183/2006 Coll., on Spatial Planning and the Building Code (the Building Act), as amended, Amendment No. 2 to the Ohrazenice Spatial Plan (amendment).

In accordance with Section 165(3) of the Building Act, we hereby publish the following:

1/ On 23 March 2021, the Ohrazenice Municipal Council, by Resolution No. 1/2021, adopted Amendment No. 2 to the Ohrazenice Local Plan (amendment), designed by Ing. arch. Ivan Plicka, ČKA 00 256. The amendment comes into force on 7 April 2021.

 2/ Amendment No. 2 is available for inspection at the following locations
