Amendment No. 3 to the Višňová Local Authority Area Plan – Notice

The Department of Urban Planning and Development at Příbram Municipal Authority, as the competent spatial planning authority, has drawn up Amendment No. 3 to the Višňová Settlement Area Spatial Plan at the request of the municipality of Višňová, pursuant to Section 6(1)(c) of Act No. 183/2006 Coll., on Spatial Planning and Building Regulations (the Building Act), as amended, Amendment No. 3 to the Višňová Settlement Area Spatial Plan.

The amendment was issued on 17 February 2009 and came into force on 5 March 2009.

The designer of the amendment is Ing. arch. Milan Salaba, ČKA 01 467.

The amendment is available for inspection: – at Příbram Town Hall, KRM Department, Tyršova 108, 261 01 Příbram I – at Příbram Town Hall, Building Authority, Tyršova 108, 261 01 Příbram I; at the Regional Authority of the Central Bohemian Region, Department of Spatial and Building Planning, Zborovská 11, 150 21 Prague 5; and at the Višňová Municipal Office, 262 61 Višňová 153

Documents relating to the amendment are available for inspection at the Příbram Municipal Authority, KRM Department, Tyršova 108, 261 01 Příbram I.

This notice is published in accordance with Section 165(2) of the Building Act.

Višňová Local Plan – notification of details regarding the adopted local plan 

The Příbram Municipal Authority, Building Control and Spatial Planning Department, Spatial Planning Section, as the competent spatial planning authority, has drawn up the Višňová Spatial Plan (UP).

This UP came into force on 4 January 2017.

The planner of the Land-Use Plan is Ing. arch. Milan Salaba, ČKA 01 467.

The spatial plan is available for inspection at the following locations
