NOTICE OF A PUBLIC CONSULTATION ON THE DRAFT VĚŠÍN LAND-USE PLAN, INCLUDING THE SUSTAINABILITY IMPACT ASSESSMENT

Příbram Municipal Authority, Building Authority and Spatial Planning, Spatial Planning Department, as the competent spatial planning authority (hereinafter referred to as the ‘preparing authority’) pursuant to Section 6(1) of Act No. 183/2006 Coll., on spatial planning and building regulations (hereinafter referred to as the “Building Act”), as amended, is drawing up the Věšín Spatial Plan (hereinafter referred to as the “SP”) at the request of the municipality of Věšín.

In accordance with Section 52 of the Building Act, the drafter hereby gives notice of proceedings concerning the Spatial Plan, which include a public consultation on the draft Spatial Plan, including an assessment of its impact on the sustainable development of the area.

This will take place on Thursday, 8 October 2020 at 10.00 am at the preparer’s office, i.e. the Příbram Municipal Authority, Na Příkopech 105, 261 01 Příbram I.

Given its size, it is physically impossible to display the entire draft spatial plan on the official notice board. The draft spatial plan is therefore available for public inspection on the website www.pribram.eu (see below). Other locations where the draft spatial plan can be viewed are the Věšín Local Authority and the Příbram Municipal Authority, Building Control and Spatial Planning Department, Spatial Planning Section.

Anyone may submit comments on the draft spatial plan within 7 days of the date of the public consultation.

Owners of land and buildings affected by the proposed plan, the authorised investor and members of the public may lodge an objection to the draft ZP within 7 days of the date of the public consultation. The objection must state the grounds for the objection, include details from the Land Registry substantiating the rights concerned, and must specify the area affected by the objection.

The relevant authorities and the regional authority, as the superior authority, shall submit their opinions on those parts of the spatial plan that have been amended since the joint meeting (Section 50 of the Building Act), within 7 days of the date of the public consultation.

Opinions, comments and objections must be submitted in writing within the specified time limits to the address of the drafting authority, i.e. Příbram Municipal Authority, Building and Spatial Planning Department, Spatial Planning Division, Tyršova 108, 261 19 Příbram I, ID 2ebbrqu. Opinions, comments and objections submitted after these deadlines will not be taken into account.
