Pičín Local Plan

Příbram Municipal Authority, Building Control and Spatial Planning Department, Spatial Planning Division, as the competent spatial planning authority, has drawn up the Pičín Local Plan (ÚP) at the request of the municipality of Pičín pursuant to Section 6(1)(c) of Act No. 183/2006 Coll., on Spatial Planning and Building Regulations (the Building Act), as amended.

 The Pičín Spatial Plan was drawn up through an amendment process in accordance with Section 188(1) of the Building Act.

 In accordance with Section 165(3) of the Building Act, we hereby give notice of the following:

1/ The Pičín Municipal Council, by Resolution No. 3 of 20 June 2022, adopted the Pičín Spatial Plan, designed by Ing. arch. Ivan Plicka, ČKA 00 256.
2/ The Land-Use Plan comes into effect on 6 July 2022.
3/ The Land-Use Plan is available for inspection at the following locations:
- Pičín
Municipal Office - Příbram District Office, Building Control and Land-Use Planning Department, Land-Use Planning
Section - Regional Office of the Central Bohemian Region, Department of Spatial Planning and Building Regulations

4/ Documents relating to the preparation of the Spatial Plan are available for inspection at the Příbram Municipal Authority, Department of Building Control and Spatial Planning, Spatial Planning Section.
