The Department of Urban Planning and Development at the Příbram Municipal Authority, as the competent spatial planning authority, prepared the Nepomuk Local Plan at the request of the municipality of Nepomuk pursuant to Section 6(1)(c) of Act No. 183/2006 Coll., on Spatial Planning and Building Regulations (the Building Act), as amended.

The Land-Use Plan was issued on 12 March 2009 and came into force on 4 April 2009.

The spatial plan was drawn up by Ing. arch. Hana Vokrouhlecká, ČKA 00 586.

The Land-Use Plan is available for inspection

: – at the Příbram Municipal Authority, KRM Department, Tyršova 108, 261 01 Příbram I
; – at the Rožmitál pod Třemšínem Municipal Authority, Department of Construction and the Environment, Náměstí 8, 262 42 Rožmitál pod Třemšínem
; at the Regional Authority of the Central Bohemian Region, Department of Spatial and Building Planning, Zborovská 11, 150 21 Prague 5
; and at the Nepomuk Municipal Office, house no. 15, 262 42 Rožmitál pod Třemšínem

Documents relating to the adoption of the local development plan are available for inspection at the Příbram Municipal Authority, KRM Department, Tyršova 108, 261 01 Příbram I.

This notice is published in accordance with Section 165(2) of the Building Act.

Amendment No. 2 to the Nepomuk Local Plan

Příbram Municipal Authority, Building Authority and Spatial Planning, Spatial Planning Department, as the competent spatial planning authority, has drawn up Amendment No. 2 to the Nepomuk Spatial Plan at the request of the municipality of Nepomuk pursuant to Section 6(1)(c) of Act No. 183/2006 Coll., on Spatial Planning and Building Regulations (the Building Act), as amended, Amendment No. 2 to the Nepomuk Local Plan (the Amendment).

In accordance with Section 165(3) of the Building Act, we hereby give notice of the following:

The Nepomuk Municipal Council, by Resolution No. 13/2018 of 4 July 2018, adopted Amendment No. 2 to the Nepomuk Local Plan. The designer is Ing. arch. Milan Salaba, ČKA 01 467. The amendment comes into force on 21 August 2018. Documents relating to the adoption of the amendment are available for inspection at the Příbram Municipal Office, Building Authority and Spatial Planning Department, Spatial Planning Section.
