NOTICE OF CONSULTATION ON THE DRAFT TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR THE NARYSOV LOCAL PLAN

Příbram Municipal Authority, Building Control and Spatial Planning Department, Spatial Planning Division, as the competent spatial planning authority (hereinafter referred to as the ‘authority’) pursuant to Section 6(1) of Act No. 183/2006 Coll., on spatial planning and building regulations (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Building Act’), as amended, is drawing up the Narysov Spatial Plan (hereinafter referred to as the ‘SP’) at the request of the municipality of Narysov pursuant to Section 6(1)(c) of the Building Act.

In accordance with Section 47 of the Building Act, the drafter hereby gives notice of the consultation on the draft terms of reference for the TP.

The authority also announces that, in accordance with Section 47(2) of the Building Act, the draft terms of reference for the Narysov Spatial Plan will be published at the following locations from 8 September 2020 to 11 October 2020: 1/ www.pribram.eu (below), 2/ Narysov Local Authority, 3/ Příbram Municipal Authority, Building Authority and Spatial Planning Department, Spatial Planning Section

Any person may submit comments on the draft terms of reference for the spatial plan within 15 days of the date of delivery of this public notice (the public notice is deemed to have been delivered on the fifteenth day following its posting on the municipality’s official notice board). Comments submitted after this deadline will not be taken into account.

Comments must be submitted in writing to the address of the authority responsible for the draft, i.e. Příbram Municipal Authority, Building Control and Spatial Planning Department, Spatial Planning Section, Tyršova 108, 261 01 Příbram I.
