Jince Local Plan

Příbram Municipal Authority, Building Authority and Spatial Planning, Spatial Planning Department, as the competent spatial planning authority, drew up the Jince Spatial Plan at the request of the town of Jince pursuant to Section 6(1)(c) of Act No. 183/2006 Coll., on Spatial Planning and Building Regulations (the Building Act), as amended, the Jince Local Plan (ÚP).

In accordance with Section 165(3) of the Building Act, we hereby give notice of the following:
1/ By Resolution No. 4 of 26 June 2019, the Jince Town Council adopted the Jince Spatial Plan, designed by Ing. arch. Martin Jirovský, Ph.D, MBA, ČKA 03 311.
2/ The Land-Use Plan comes into force on 13 July 2019.
3/ The Land-Use Plan is available for inspection at the following locations: the Town of Jince, Příbram Municipal Office, Building Authority and Spatial Planning, Spatial Planning Department, Jince Town Hall, Building Authority, Central Bohemia Regional Authority, Department of Spatial Planning and Building Regulations, www.pribram.eu (below).
4/ Documents relating to the preparation of the Land-Use Plan are available for inspection at the Příbram Municipal Office, Building Authority and Spatial Planning Department, Spatial Planning Section.
