HUDČICE LOCAL PLAN

Příbram Municipal Authority, Building Authority and Spatial Planning, Spatial Planning Department, as the competent spatial planning authority, has drawn up, at the request of the municipality of Hudčice pursuant to Section 6(1)(c) of Act No. 183/2006 Coll., on spatial planning and building regulations (the Building Act), as amended, the Hudčice Land-Use Plan (ÚP).

In accordance with Section 165(3) of the Building Act, we hereby give notice of the following:

- The Hudčice Municipal Council, by Resolution No. 9-2019/11 of 20 November 2019, adopted the Hudčice Land-Use Plan, designed by Ing. arch. Jiřina Ečerová, ČKA 02941.
- The Land-Use Plan comes into force on 11 December 2019.
- The Land-Use Plan is available for inspection at the following locations: 1/ Hudčice Municipal Office, 2/ Příbram District Office, Building Authority and Spatial Planning, 3/ Regional Authority of the Central Bohemian Region, Department of Spatial Planning and Building Regulations, 4/ Březnice Building Authority, www.pribram.eu (below). Documents relating to the adoption of the Land-Use Plan are available for inspection at the Příbram Municipal Authority, Building Authority and Spatial Planning Department, Spatial Planning Section.
