Horčápsko Local Plan – Notice

The Příbram Municipal Authority, Building Control and Spatial Planning Department, Spatial Planning Section, as the competent spatial planning authority, has drawn up the Horčápsko Spatial Plan (ÚP).
This Spatial Plan came into force on 13 July 2016.
The planner of the ZP is Ing. arch. Ivan Plicka, ČKA 00 256.

The Spatial Plan is available for inspection at
: the
Horčápsko Local Authority; the Příbram Municipal Authority, Building Authority and Spatial Planning Department, Spatial Planning Section;
and the Central Bohemia Regional Authority, Regional Development Department, Spatial Planning Section.

Documents relating to the preparation of the Land-Use Plan are available for inspection at the Příbram Municipal Authority, Building Control and Spatial Planning Department, Spatial Planning Section.

This notice is published in accordance with Section 165(3) of Act No. 183/2006 Coll., on Spatial Planning and Building Regulations, as amended.
