Příbram Municipal Authority, The Building Authority and Spatial Planning Department, Spatial Planning Division, as the competent spatial planning authority (hereinafter referred to as the ‘preparing authority’) pursuant to Section 6(1)(c) of Act No. 183/2006 Coll., on Spatial Planning and the Building Code (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Building Act’), as amended, has drawn up the BV4 Dubenec Spatial Study (hereinafter referred to as the ‘SS’) at the request of the municipality of Dubenec.
