DRAHLÍN LOCAL PLAN

The Příbram Municipal Authority, Building Authority and Spatial Planning Department, as the competent spatial planning authority, has drawn up the Drahlín Local Plan (ÚP) at the request of the municipality of Drahlín pursuant to Section 6(1)(c) of Act No. 183/2006 Coll., on Spatial Planning and Building Regulations (the Building Act), as amended.
In accordance with Section 165(3) of the Building Act, we hereby give notice of the following:

1/ By Resolution No. 2021/2/3 of 11 March 2021, the Drahlín Municipal Council adopted the Drahlín Spatial Plan, designed by Ing. arch. Jiřina Ečerová, ČKA 02941.
2/ The Land-Use Plan comes into force on 22 April 2021.
3/ The Land-Use Plan is available for inspection at the following locations
:- Drahlín Municipal Office-
Příbram Municipal Authority, Building Control and Spatial
Planning Department- Central Bohemia Regional Authority, Department of Spatial Planning and Building

4/ Documents relating to the preparation of the Land-Use Plan are available for inspection at the Příbram Municipal Authority, Building Authority and Spatial Planning Department, Spatial Planning Section.
