Dolní Hbity Local Plan – Notice

The Department of Urban Planning and Development at Příbram Town Hall has drawn up the Dolní Hbity Local Plan (LP).

The ZP came into force on 15 July 2014.

The planner of the ZP is Ing. arch. Milan Salaba, ČKA 01 467.

The ZP is available for inspection at
: -
Dolní Hbity Local Authority; - Příbram Municipal Authority, Department of Urban Planning and Development;
- Kamýk nad Vltavou Building Authority;
- Central Bohemia Regional Authority, Department of Regional Development, Spatial Planning Division.

Documents relating to the preparation of the Land-Use Plan are available for inspection at the Příbram Municipal Authority, Department of Urban Planning and Development.

This notice is published in accordance with Section 165(3) of Act No. 183/2006 Coll., on spatial planning and building regulations, as amended.

Amendment No. 1 to the Dolní Hbity Local Plan

Příbram Municipal Authority, Building Authority and Spatial Planning, Spatial Planning Department, as the competent spatial planning authority, prepared, at the request of the municipality of Dolní Hbity pursuant to Section 6(1)(c) of Act No. 183/2006 Coll., on Spatial Planning and the Building Code (the Building Act), as amended, Amendment No. 1 to the Dolní Hbity Local Plan (the Amendment).

 In accordance with Section 165(3) of the Building Act, we hereby give notice of the following:

1/ The Dolní Hbity Municipal Council, by Resolution No. 14/01/19 of 26 February 2019, adopted Amendment No. 1 to the Dolní Hbity Spatial Plan, designed by Ing. arch. Milan Salaba, ČKA 01 467.

2/ The amendment comes into effect on 14 March 2019.

3/ The Amendment is available for inspection at the following locations
