Bukovany Local Plan

NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF THE DRAFT BUKOVANY
LAND-USE PLAN (including an assessment of the draft land-use plan’s impact on the sustainable development of the area)

Příbram Municipal Authority, Building Control and Spatial Planning Department, Spatial Planning Division, as the competent spatial planning authority (hereinafter referred to as the ‘preparing authority’) pursuant to Section 6(1) of Act No. 183/2006 Coll., on Spatial Planning and Building Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Building Act’), as amended,  is preparing the Bukovany Spatial Plan (hereinafter referred to as the ‘SP’) at the request of the municipality of Bukovany pursuant to Section 6(1)(c) of the Building Act.

The Preparer hereby announces that, in accordance with Section 50(3) of the Building Act, the draft Spatial Plan is published at the following locations from 11 January 2016 to 29 February 2016:

1/ www.pribram.eu (Municipal Office – Municipal Office departments – Building Authority and Spatial Planning – Spatial Planning Department – municipalities within the Příbram Municipal Administrative Region – Bukovany)
2/ Bukovany
Local Authority 3/ Příbram Town Hall, Building Authority and Spatial Planning Department

Anyone may submit comments on the draft local development plan within 30 days of the date of delivery of this public notice (the public notice is deemed to have been delivered on the fifteenth day following its posting on the municipality’s official notice board). Comments submitted after this deadline will not be taken into account.

Comments must be submitted in writing to the address of the drafting authority, i.e. Příbram Municipal Authority, Building Control and Spatial Planning Department, Tyršova 108, 261 01 Příbram I.
