Internal administration of the office

  Within its independent remit, it provides

• the logistical and technical support for the running of the Municipal Office 
• the operational management of the buildings housing the Municipal Office, including cleaning
• the budget, analyses and the department’s financial activities
• the running and internal administration of the Municipal Office in accordance with the approved budget
• provides organisational and technical support for the proceedings of the City Council and the Municipal Assembly; maintains records of City Council committees and Municipal Assembly committees
• preparation, record-keeping and archiving of minutes and resolutions of the City Council and the Municipal Assembly
• the agenda of lay judges’ courts
