2. Report on the Implementation of the Příbram Land-Use Plan 2022–2025

NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF DRAFT 2. REPORT ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PŘÍBRAM LOCAL PLAN FOR THE PERIOD 2022–2025, INCLUDING THE DRAFT TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR AMENDMENT NO. 5

The Příbram Municipal Authority, Building Authority and Spatial Planning Department, Spatial Planning Section, as the spatial planning authority (hereinafter referred to as the ‘drafting authority’), competent pursuant to Section 46(1) of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Building Act, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “Building Act”), has drawn up, in accordance with Section 106(1) and Section 107 of the Building Act, the Draft Second Report on the Implementation of the Příbram Spatial Plan for the period 2022 – 2025, containing the Draft Terms of Reference for Amendment No. 5 to the Příbram Local Plan (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Draft Report’).

In accordance with Section 88(1) in conjunction with Section 107(3) and Section 334b of the Building Act, the authority responsible for the preparation of the plan hereby announces the publication of the Draft Report on the Implementation of the Příbram Local Plan for the period 2022–2025.

With effect from 30 March 2026, the Draft Report is published on the website www.pribram.eu – see below.

In accordance with Section 25(2) of Act No. 500/2004 Coll., the Code of Administrative Procedure, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Code of Administrative Procedure’), this notice is deemed to have been served on the fifteenth day following its publication. Within 30 days of the date of service, any person may lodge a complaint in accordance with Section 89(5)(b) in conjunction with Section 107(3) of the Building Act. Complaints lodged after the aforementioned deadline will not be considered.

Objections must be submitted in writing to the address of the competent authority, i.e. Příbram Municipal Authority, Building Control and Spatial Planning Department, Spatial Planning Section, Tyršova 108, 261 19 Příbram I – IDDS: 2ebbrqu.
