Description of the department’s activities

• The department manages the assets of the town of Příbram with due diligence and safeguards property rights in accordance with Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended.
• It supports the activities of the town – the town council – in matters relating to property rights.
• It handles property transactions involving the town’s assets – leases (including the letting of land for the purpose of creating ‘front gardens’), leases, sales, purchases, loans, donations and exchanges of land in accordance with the relevant resolutions of the town’s authorities, as well as leases, sales and loans of non-residential premises in accordance with the relevant resolutions of the town’s authorities.
• It carries out the tasks of the town of Příbram and the town council within the scope defined by the organisational regulations.

The department includes the post of Energy Manager, held by Ing. Milan Přílepek.
Duties of the Energy Manager:
establishing the town’s energy management system; overseeing the implementation of energy-saving measures and coordinating them within the framework of the town’s energy strategy; evaluating energy consumption in buildings and facilities owned by the town; preparing documentation for energy supply tenders, ensuring that energy-related tasks and obligations are fulfilled to comply with legislative requirements, coordinating the town’s energy projects and strategies, and collaborating on the preparation of investment projects in the energy sector.
