Public Procurement Department

Description of the department’s activities

• implements and manages all public procurement processes exceeding CZK 50,000 on the basis of documentation provided by the relevant departments, where the contracting authority is the town, including the preparation of relevant materials for meetings of the town’s governing bodies,
• provides oversight and methodological guidance in relation to public procurement by legal entities established and founded by the City of Příbram,
• compiles the tender documentation for public contracts,
• drafts and approves the final versions of contracts for the performance of public procurement contracts,
• ensures the final archiving of public procurement documentation.
