Information on the results of inspections in 2024

In 2024, the Příbram Municipal Authority, Civil Affairs Department, Registry Office, carried out, in accordance with the provisions of Section 1 of Act No. 255/2012 Coll. on Audits (Audit Regulations) and the provisions of Section 4 of Act No. 301/2000 Coll. on Civil Registers, First Names and Surnames, as amended, carried out 11 audits.

The audits were carried out at:

• Březnice Municipal Office,
• Rožmitál pod Třemšínem Town Hall,
• the Jince Town Office,
• Milín Village Office,
• Hvožďany Village Council,
• Dolní Hbity Village Council,
• Kamýk nad Vltavou Local Authority,
• Višňová Municipal Office,
• Zalužany Municipal Office,
• Hluboš Local Authority,
• Obecnice Municipal Office.

Activities audited:

• the maintenance of registers and collections of documents.

Findings and measures taken:

No shortcomings were identified during the audits; the civil registry records are maintained without fault and in accordance with the law; therefore, no corrective measures or further follow-up audits were required.
