Accounting and Finance 

• provides comprehensive services and is responsible for the town’s finances and for managing all accounting matters in accordance with applicable legislation
• records and monitors the payment of local and administrative charges, fines and other revenue
• manages matters relating to the sale of flats and non-residential premises (reimbursement of principal amounts in sales by sealed-bid procedure, recording and confirming payments for the purchase of flats or non-residential premises, and issuing confirmation of payment of the purchase price for the purpose of cancelling charges)
